Our collaborative studies with the Aguzzi lab defining prion protein as an agonist for Gpr126 have been published in Nature. Read more here and here.

New Award

With Dr. Valeria Cavalli in the Department of Neuroscience, we have been awarded a one-year, $40,000 grant from the McDonnell Small Grants Program for our collaborative studies on axon-Schwann cell interactions.

Retreat Awards!

At this year’s DRSCB Retreat, Mitch D’Rozario won the Victor Hamburger award for best postdoc oral presentation, and Rebecca Cunningham won the Rita Levi-Montalcini award for best student poster presentation. Congratulations, Mitch and Rebecca!
